Why can’t I see a server?
You need to sign in with Discord, have Manage Server or Administrator permission, and have AEP Prime installed in that server.
Why does the dashboard say the API is offline?
The site talks to the bot API on NexCloud. Verify the public HTTPS API URL, CORS origins, custom-domain DNS and service health.
When does Premium activate?
After Cashfree reports a successful payment and the bot backend verifies the order, amount and currency. Activation can remain pending if the bot database is unavailable.
Does Prime Premium include No Prefix?
No. No Prefix costs ₹30 for 30 days for the purchasing user. Prime Premium costs ₹60 for 30 days for one server, with No Prefix excluded.
Can I pay with crypto?
Not yet. The crypto payment option is marked Coming Soon and does not accept deposits.
How do I contact support?
Use the support request panel on this website or open the configured AEP Prime support server. The ticket inbox must be configured on the bot host before form submissions can be delivered.
Is the command list always up to date?
The website includes a snapshot from the supplied bot source. Compare it with the deployed build after releases; commands can also depend on permissions and module availability.
